Returns

PREORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED

Starting March 1, 2020 any orders that are cancelled or returned will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee. This is only because we still have to pay all seller transactions fees on any order placed. This does include PREORDERS. If you need to cancel an order, please keep this in mind.


Our return window policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Any items discounted 20% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as seasonal goods, books, swim, undergarments, facemasks, apothecary, personalized items, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace or return items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size, send us an email at sannababyandchild@yahoo.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING

Due to the state of the shipping industry at this moment, we (SANNA) cannot be held responsible for shipping issues; including but not limited to damages, delays, and missing packages, ETC. Once we have shipped your order and if has left our hands, while we are happy to help on our end, we cannot be held fiscally or financially responsible for any issue that may have occurred once in transit. You as the buyer assume this responsibility by ordering from our site and will need to contact the appropriate parties to seek a resolution. Thank you for understanding.
